Most of us are conditioned to settle into a vibration that is far below happiness and joy. They resonate with apathy complacency and mediocrity. Anytime we step beyond our pre-conditioned happiness threshold, the ego quickly triggers our self-sabotage programming. Telling us something is too good to be true or that we are not enough to deserve such joy.
Give yourself permission to practice self-love and focus on your well being. All things I strive, practice, fail at, win at, and work so hard to achieve on a daily basis.
When you come from an environment such as myself where self-love was seen as arrogance, and shunned upon you end up growing up an incomplete adult.
I am here to tell you that this thinking is dangerous, problematic and of course self-loathing.
Life isn’t a dress rehearsal, love yourself for no one will love you the way you truly deserve to be loved except when you do it for yourself.
With Love, Peace and Gratitude.
It’s a common and yet flawed belief that illness (or accident) is a “punishment” for behavior or character flaw. It’s an atavistic notion that reflects a lack of evolved thinking and a possible symptom of brain lesions or heart calluses.
You never have to settle or compromise your dreams to live a life you don’t love. You can bend reality to manifest miracles daily. Also We are inundated with information on a daily basis. At some point I encourage you to turn within to awaken yourself. This is vital and key to raising our vibration and living the life we divinely deserve. Lastly letting go of people, objects, etc to make room for what we attracting into our lives presently, it’s living presently while still honoring our past.
I have become highly sensitive to the myriad ways people try to manipulate and control others, as well as myself. Especially the subtle ways.
Honoring another souls free will is one of the best things you can do karmically for yourself.
Which I have given up MANY, MANY times especially with my family.
Just this week I’ve made the firm hard decision to stop that with them. I love them. However, I love ME more.
Loving me more also includes no excessive eating, drinking, socializing, sex with people that don’t have my best interest at heart. So many things are changing for me. I’m happier, my health could be better but overall I’m happy despite the many devilish functions that try and infiltrate my life on ocassion.
With peace and blessings…
